One Online Group Fitness Class (Pilates, Yoga, stretch)

Our online fitness classes are fitness sessions delivered through digital platforms, using video streaming technology. These classes can be either live-streamed, where an instructor leads a real-time workout, or pre-recorded, meaning you can access and follow a workout video at your own convenience. A key advantage of online fitness classes is their flexibility and accessibility. You can participate in workouts from anywhere with an internet connection, making it easier to fit exercise into a busy schedule. Online platforms offer a wide variety of fitness styles and class types, allowing individuals to explore different exercises and find what resonates with them. Our online fitness platforms foster a sense of community, with live classes offering interaction and motivation from the instructor and other participants. Our online fitness classes provide access to trainers and instructors with specialized knowledge and experience in various fitness disciplines. Unlike traditional in-person classes, online platforms offer the flexibility to access pre-recorded and live workout videos whenever it suits the participant.

  • One online fitness class of your choice. You will get a link for the class via email. Please sign up with 24-hours notice to ensure you get the link prior to class time.

How it works

  • Purchase the classes and choose a time slot
  • Complete onboarding questionnaire after logging into the app
  • Access the app and attend a class. If you love the app and would like to purchase a monthly package subscription contact me for more info.
  • Choose between paying per class or choose a subscription and save. Weekly subscriptions include 4 classes for your chosen time slot per month (one a week) and secure a spot for those classes for just $35.
