Pilates/Yoga Class Subscription Options

A Pilates class is a workout that focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and balance through a series of precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement: Pilates classes can be suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, including beginners and those with health conditions. Pilates can be done on a mat or with special equipment, such as a reformer. Classes typically last 45 minutes to an hour. Plan Includes

  • One Pilates class with a group of 10 participants.

How it works

  • Purchase the classes and choose a date and time slot
  • Complete onboarding questionnaire after logging into the app
  • Access the app and attend a class. If you love the app and would like to purchase a Pilates subscription contact me for more info.
  • Choose between paying per class or choose a subscription and save. Subscriptions include all Monday and Wednesday classes for your chosen time slot and secure a spot for those classes. You would get up to 9 classes depending on the month, saving $5-$15 monthly.
